My goal is to provide a peaceful, professional, and personalized therapeutic massage experience where your comfort, safety, and well being always come first. To help to ensure the best experience for every client , please take a moment to review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A 50% deposit is due at the time of scheduling your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If an appointment is rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice there is no fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows) will be forfeited and the balance will be automatically charged. All appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded in full. All refunds whether partial or in full are at the sole discretion of Pure Serenity Massage.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late , your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment. The full appointment fee will still apply, as your treatment time has been reserved specifically for you.
Your health and safety are my highest priorities. Please inform your therapist of any changes to your health, medications, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy status, or medical condition before your appointment begins.
Massage therapy may need to be modified, postponed, or declined if it is not safe to proceed.
Pure Serenity Massage provides therapeutic massage services only. Professional draping is used throughout every session to ensure your comfort and privacy. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full session fee will remain due , and future appointments may be declined.
Your personal and health information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Information collected through intake forms, health history, treatment notes and communication is used solely to provide safe, personalized massage therapy and will never be shared without your permission unless required by the law.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards should be presented at the time of your appointment. Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the required consent forms before a treatment. A parent or legal guardian may be required to remain on the premises during the appointment.
